The first provisional timetable for this year's Oulton Park Gold Cup has been released with three days of retro motorsport entertainment lined up on 28-30 July. Click here to view the full event schedule.

The signature Gold Cup will once again feature a refreshed line-up, ensuring that there is plenty to enjoy for return visitors and newcomers as the circuit celebrates its 70th anniversary year.  As has become traditional in the modern era, the Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC) will oversee the competitive action out on circuit, with four of its regular categories accompanied by a carefully curated selection of guest races.

Additional content will come from the Historic Grand Prix Car Association (HGPCA), Historic Racing Drivers Club (HRDC), Classic Sports Car Club (CSCC) and Vintage Sports-Car Club (VSCC), which all return after joining the programme in 2022, in addition to Motor Racing Legends (MRL) which joins the line-up this summer.

This year's event will kick off with Friday practice with qualifying for four of the HSCC's very own categories. The Historic Formula 3 'Sir Jackie Stewart Trophy', Thundersports 'Derek Bell Trophy', Historic Touring Cars 'Sir John Whitmore Trophy' and Historic Formula Junior 'Jim Clark Cup' will all set their grids on the first day event ahead of double headers across the rest of the event.

Guest series will come into play on the Saturday with qualifying and racing for the HRDC 'Jack Sears Trophy', MRL Historic Touring Car Challenge, and HGPCA 'Historic Gold Cup' in addition to competitive outings for the aforementioned HSCC series. The day will end with qualifying sessions for a number of Sunday's races.

Sunday's programme will be exclusively devoted to racing with the CSCC and VSCC joining the HSCC, HGPCA, HRDC and MRL in hosting competitive action.
