Oulton Park’s Spring Bank Holiday will be revved up in style thanks to the return of the British GT Championship, with two one hour races set to thrill in the north west.
With summer just around the corner, the sight of a packed grid of supercars around the country’s most picturesque racing venue will be one to savour.
The two one hour ‘sprints’ on Monday will all but guarantee drama, for British GT at Oulton Park is always a stunning spectacle, with single-seater stars of the future in GB4 adding to the fun, as drivers as young as 15 aim to climb the ladder towards F1.
More tin top action will come from the entertaining Ginetta Juniors, plus the powerful beasts of the Ginetta GT and Ginetta GT Academy categories.

This is one of the most exciting spots on the whole Oulton Park circuits as cars and bikes rapidly decelerate from the high speed hill top straight into a tricky little chicane. This is one of the best overtaking spots on the circuit, so expect plenty of drama as you'll frequently see two competitors fighting to squeeze into a space big enough just for one!

Located at the end of the long start/finish straight, Old Hall provides high drama and tension at the start of the race plus overtaking attempts as the event progresses. You’ll also see duels take place on the run down the hill to Cascades.

One of the slowest corners on the track, you’ll see plenty of passing attempts as the field heads out of the fast Druids corner and down the long straight. It’s also the final corner on the circuit, and the scene of many last lap dramas.
British GT is the UK's most exotic car racing series, with race-prepared supercars battling in races lasting at least an hour. With multiple classes, pit stops, and driver changes this is one of the most intense and thrilling championships in the country.
The GB4 Championship is an entry-level junior single-seater category that acts as a direct feeder to GB3. GB4 has been created to offer drivers a significantly lower cost route onto the single-seater ladder, and the championship also features a new car for 2025.
These pocket rockets provide packed grids and wheel-to-wheel racing. These pre-war based Ford, Chevy and Dodge-inspired mini-stock car racers are always enormous fun to watch!
This well-supported Ginetta one-make series allows aspiring endurance stars of the future to make a name for themselves in the British GT paddock.
A series for young chargers aged 14 to 17 to hone their driving style. Former competitors have graduated to GT racing, GB3 and other series.
The Ginetta GT Academy features both novice and experienced drivers on the grid, with the championship providing an entry level to high-performance GT racing.
All general parking is free of charge. Blue badge holders may park free of charge inside the venue in the disabled parking and viewing area on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. If you hold a blue badge, please follow public signage for disabled parking, or speak to a member of staff upon arrival.
A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and driver and team merchandise.
